Hey! I am Kelsey. I am 21 years old. I am "technically" from North Carolina, but my mom currently resides in Newnan, Ga. I go to Valdosta State University, I used to be an  art major but now i am studying Intercultural Communications. I know God has called me to full time missions with my life so i am tryiing to be obedient with that.

The past two summers i had gone on 2 Beach Projects with Campus Outreach( many students from 6 different colleges go to Daytona Beach Fla for the whole summer- a place to study the bible and other training like evangelism & you work a full time job or volunteer). This summer i knew God was calling me to a mission trip over seas. My friend told me about AIM and immediately i checked out the website. i have always been intrigued with other people's culture and when i saw New Zealand on the list i was like legit! I want to be with people of all cultures so that they could know Christ. When God told me GO.. this is where it begins. I am really excited to be around all of you and to see how God uses different people to spread his kingdom.

-- My first mission trip is to the Dominican Republic with my church... it begins this Saturday 12. Pray for our team: to love christ and that love would overflow to others & that we would trust God in all situations.

Random Facts: I have an affinity for ugly sweaters, WolfShirt Wednesday, Chick fil A, Coffee,  and Mean Girls Quotes... (my D group leader has now told us everytime we say a quote "unconciously" we must also quote scripture back, which is good because scripture memory is hard for me.) I make corny jokes and i am very observant.. i should be on CSI hah. I love being outside especially on the trampoline.
